Inertia 620 SpecProCHASSISThe chassis is constructed using a box channel design. It has an integrated hopper with hydraulic actuated tipping grizzly with 6' spacing. Hydraulic legs with 12volt pump are used to raise and level the plant for operation. The plant comes equipped with king pin and a heavy duty triple axle suspension with 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps.BELT FEED CONVEYORThe belt feed conveyor is 42" x 14' and feeds the delivery conveyor. It has CEMA "B" five inch idlers on 12 inch centers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 7/16" narrow slot bearings in 9" narrow slot take-ups. The head pulley is a 16" crowned 15hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging that is controlled by a variable speed drive. The conveyor has a 3ply rubber belt with a flexco belt splice.DELIVERY CONVEYORThe delivery conveyor is 42" x 41' and is fed by the Belt Feed Conveyor. It has CEMA "B" five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 7/16" pillow block bearings bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 16" crowned 15hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging that feeds the 6' x 20' 2-Deck incline screen. The conveyor has a 3ply rubber belt with a flexco belt splice.SCREENThe screen is an Inertia 6' x 20' 2-Deck incline screen with side mount vibratory system. The top deck screen is a full 6' x 20' and the second deck is a full 6' x 17' giving the screen a full 222 square foot of screening area. It has an adjustable stroke up to ½" at 900rpm and is powered by two Invicta BL 50/57 vibrating motors.TOP DECK SIDE CONVEYORThe top deck side conveyor is 30" x 33' and takes the material from the top deck of the screen and discharges it off the curb side of the plant. It has CEMA "B" four inch 2 roll idlers. The tail pulley is a 10" wing pulley with 1 15/16" pillow block bearings. The head pulley is a 14" crowned 7 1/2hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups. The conveyor hydraulically folds up for transportation. The conveyor has a 2 ply rubber belt with a flexco belt splice.BOTTOM DECK SIDE CONVEYORThe bottom deck side conveyor is 30" x 33' and takes the material from the bottom deck of the screen and discharges it off the road side of the plant. It has CEMA "B" four inch 2 roll idlers. The tail pulley is a 10" wing pulley with 1 15/16" pillow block bearings. The head pulley is a 14" crowned 7 1/2hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups. The conveyor hydraulically folds up for transportation. The conveyor has a 2 ply rubber belt with a flexco belt splice.FINES CONVEYORThe fines conveyor is 42" x 27' under screen mounted. It has CEMA "B" five inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 7/16" pillow block bearings. The head pulley is a 16" crowned 15hp motorized drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups that discharges the fine product out the rear of the plant. The conveyor has a 2ply rubber belt with a flexco belt splice.ELECTRICAL SWITCH GEARThe plant comes equipped with on-board electrical switch gear. It has a 100 amp disconnect and circuit breakers. The circuit breakers are used to supply power to the (2) Invicta vibrating motors on the screen, the motors on the delivery conveyor, top deck conveyor, bottom deck conveyor, and fines conveyor. There are two extra start/breakers for auxiliary conveyors. The panel also includes a variable speed drive to control the belt feed conveyor.GENSET(OPTIONAL)The plant has an option 50kw genset that can be mounted to the plant to power the electric or it can be powered by your crusher.
