2009 Inertia SpecPro IICHASSISInertia chassis constructed of 4" square tube with ¼" wall, 3" square tube with ¼" wall with all welding done in position. The chassis is equipped with 4 adjustable height pin able legs to adjust height for customer's conveyors. Special screen mount 6' x 18' SpecPro with adjustable height supports for the ability to adjust the angle of screen to help control screening efficiency. The plant is equipped with king pin and suspension with 22,000# axle, 11:00x22.5 tires, air brakes, lights, and mud flaps.SCREENInertia SpecPro 6' x 18' screen with eleven variable speed (0-3600rpm) electric vibrators with adjustable slide counterweight force amplitude settings. The screen has a collecting hopper constructed of 3/16" A-36 steel with ¼" urethane liners to limit fines build up. The top deck chute is 6' x 36" and constructed of 3/16" plate with ¼" wear liners that discharges on to a cross conveyor. The bottom deck chute is 6' x 36" and constructed of 3/16" plate with ¼" wear liners. The screen has five independent screen panels (6'x6') with adjustable speed control via a/c inverters located in the electric enclosure.DELIVERY CONVEYORThe delivery conveyor is 36" x 30' overhead screen mounted. It has 4' receiving hopper and CEMA "B" four inch idlers. The tail pulley is a 12" wing pulley with 2 7/16" pillow block bearing bolted to 18" telescoping take-ups. The head pulley is a 12" crowned drum pulley with vulcanized rubber lagging and 2 7/16" pillow block bearings. The conveyor is belt driven by a 10hp electric motor and 415 reducer combination. The conveyor belt is 3 ply 330 with a flexco belt splice.CROSS CONVEYORThe cross conveyor is 30" x 12' with a 4' manual folding tail section under chute mounted. It has CEMA "B" four inch idlers. The tail pulley is an 8" crowned drum pulley with 1 15/16" bearings in 9" narrow slot take-ups. The head pulley is an 8" crowned drum pulley with 1 15/16" pillow block bearings. The conveyor is belt driven by a 5hp electric motor and 215 reducer combination. The conveyor belt is 2 ply 220 with a flexco belt splice.POWERPower is to be supplied by an outside source and ran to the NEMA 4 enclosure mounted on the chassis. The enclosure houses a 100amp disconnect, (5) a/c inverters for controlling the screen, starters for the delivery and cross conveyors, and 2 extra 20hp starters for customer conveyors.
