The Environmental Service Worker ‚€“ Senior Services provides routine cleaning for resident apartments as scheduled, assures final preparation of apartments for resident move-ins as needed, assists in maintaining clean and sanitary environment in all common areas of the building as assigned while promoting outstanding ¬ customer service and hospitality to ¬ Presence Health residents and/or guests.



  1. Provides routine cleaning for resident apartments as scheduled and assigned.¬ 

  2. Assures final preparation of apartments for resident move-ins/move-outs.

  3. Participates in preparation for special events.

  4. Maintains clean and sanitary environment in all common areas of the building as assigned.

  5. Promotes customer service and hospitality in all interventions with residents and or guests of the facility.¬  Demonstrates the highest possible standard of customer service and hospitality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
