Medical Receptionist ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel.
The Medical Receptionist position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing, book keeping, and providing support for recruiting functions.
Medical Receptionist Requirements Highschool Diploma preferred but not required.
Long Term Care or Assisted Living experience preferred but not required.
Office Management experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Possess effective communication skills and customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
