Certified Nursing Assistant - Med/Surg and Telemetry (Temporary)
Summary:
The delivery system practiced at FHN Memorial Hospital employs the concepts of team nursing incorporating the workforce standards as set forth by FHN.
Responsibilities for delegated patient care activities under the direction of licensed professionals, for an identified patient population.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree(GED); 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CNA, BLS and CPR required.
Previous monitor tech experience preferred.
