We have a new Administrator, new clinical programming and we are expanding our team.
With 148 beds, we serve a diverse population of short-term rehab patients, long term care residents and memory care.
We have an active therapy dept.

Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this role:
When you are a patient, finances should be the last thing on your mind.
You will work closely with facility and regional accounts receivables team.
The AR projects will include back-end collections and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, Medicare and managed care accounts for our skilled nursing facility.
One moment you are managing the patient trust fund, the next you're setting up payment schedules for a family and the next you could be helping a patient apply for Medicaid.
It's a busy day here!Officially we title this job a BOM or Business Office Manager, but in other centers it may be called a Medicare / Medicaid Biller or Accounts Receivable Coordinator or even a Financial Services Rep.

QualificationsBusiness Office Manager (BOM):
is sometimes called an Accounts Receivable (AR) or Billing Specialist or Bookkeeper in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
What we need from you:
Ideally one-three (1-3) years' of bookkeeping/accounting or BOM experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a specific focus on collections and outstanding receivables Experience with Public Aide/Medicaid and Medicare billing and collections (please specify detailed experience on resume / cover letter for consideration).
Matrix EMR system experience is preferred We follow the CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine.
You should be fully vaccinated or you will be required to submit an exemption.
